-After acquiring Anibal Sanchez and Omar Infante from Miami on Monday night, Tigers GM Dave Dombrowski said his team was “set.” The same cannot be said for the Marlins. -Baltimore has had “preliminary discussions” with San Diego about Chase Headley, Philadelphia about Placido Polanco and with the Cubs on Brian LaHair, Dan Connolly reports.
-If Ryan Dempster ends up accepting a trade to Atlanta, the Cubs would get back Randall Delgado and another player or cash.
-Royals who are available, according to Ken Rosenthal: Relievers Jonathan Broxton and Jose Mijares, OF Jeff Francouer and SS Yuniesky Betancort.
-Tampa Bay has interest in Arizona 3B Ryan Roberts, according to Tim Brown.
-The Angels acquired RP Barry Enright from Arizona for cash.
